“Insuring” a Proper New Home

Dee’s is upgrading the electrical and air conditioning systems in this Manchester home as it converts to a business and is readied for it’s new occupants: Briggs-Fowler Insurance. The house, formerly occupied by the agency’s previous owners, Reg and Lib Counsell, is being converted by Briggs-Fowler’s current president (and Reg & Lib’s son) Merrick Counsel. Dee's Puts Up Two Sports Field Scoreboards

Dee's has recently put up 2 new scoreboards at local athletic fields: one at the new lacrosse, soccer & football practice field at Burr & Burton (left), and another at the new Applejack Field at the Manchester Parks & Recreation Center.

Bennington College

We installed an energy-efficient York Affinity air conditioning unit in offices, and a Mitsubishi Mini-split in each of the classrooms, all three of the systems use the new, environmentally refrigerant R-410A. The Mini-splits offer greater control of the temperature in the classrooms, which are sometimes full, and sometimes empty.

At the Dickinson Building, we equipped two chemistry labs with Mitsubishi Mini-splits: A large lab which required three units, and a small lab that needed only one. Great care had to be taken to insure that the new airflow patterns would not disrupt sensitive experiments.
