Factory Brand Shoes

Dee's planned and installed all the electrical infrastructure for the Factory Brand Shoes building, in the middle of Manchester Center, across from the Sirloin Saloon. This completely new and highly visible building opened in 2004.

American Museum of Fly Fishing

We were integral in preparing the new home for this prestigious institution, which opened to the public at the height of foliage season 2004. Dee's configured a complete electrical system for the extraordinary new gallery, the offices, and the museum shop. In addition, we installed an ultra-high efficiency York heating and air conditioning system, which allowed the AMFF to qualify for a large rebate from Energy Vermont.

R.K. Miles

Dee's installed the wiring, heating and air conditioning for the R.K. Miles retail store in Manchester Center. Plus, all the electrical wiring in the Kitchen and Bath building.

Palmer House

Dee's installed the electrical for the 8 suites in the new Palmer House addition which involved wiring for an indoor swimming pool under the suites!

Long Trail School

Dees installed over five miles of wiring in the new Long Trail School addition! Included in this project were power and temperature control wiring, the theater sound and lighting systems, classrooms, common room, offices, science lab, and gymnasium.

Southern Vermont Art Center

The re-wiring of the Yester House at the Southern Vermont Arts Center was a big part of the 1999 renovation of this historic building housing a cafe and 10 galleries of rotating art exhibitions.

Mary Porter House

When the owners of the Reluctant Panther Inn refurbished the adjacent Mary Porter House into a collection of suites with jacuzzis and fireplaces, they chose Dee's to install heating, air conditioning and new electrical wiring throughout.
